They did very well, The service guy is very Nice but I think he needs to slow down & focus. I asked for a few items to be done that didn't get done the first time & they had to take it back again.

When I got my appointment everything was great! But I had called several times, left messages, nobody called me back! Nobody returned my call is my only complaint!! I finally got a hold of somebody & they set up an appointment for me. But I can't stress enough how frustrating it is when no one returns your call!! So please, discuss that in your next meeting, return phone calls!!!

I dealt on Jeeps at a couple of dealerships. I finally started looking online at Ron Carter and found a Jeep that I liked. When at the dealership I was given a offer for my trade in that was less that I was offered online. They gave me the offer that I was offered online.

After a stressful Saturday of trying to find a vehicle at multiple dealerships and dealing with either rude or pushy sales representatives, I called Ron Carter on a vehicle that was on their website. The new staff is friendly, professional, and kept me up to date on the repairs. The automated text message system they have needs improvement but a quick call got my questions answered.

This review is strictly on the service department. Jonathan is a very pleasant young man, and treat customers fairly. My complaint would be that I had a ten am appointment, for a basic servicing and tire rotation. I didn't get my car back until between 4 and 5 pm. Do appointments even matter?

He even communicated with the insurance company, Made sure things were "preserved" so the insurance could do what they needed to do before getting the repairs needed. Without a doubt the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. We took care of pricing before I walked in the door, they had the car out front when I arrived, I took a test drive, verified all good, and left with the vehicle. I was at that dealership for one hour and 45 minutes. It literally took me longer to drive from Katy to this dealership and back than how long it took them to sell me a car. Colton and Sam were both top notch.
