Amanda in the service department was very friendly and accommodating.. The lift did not fit correctly under my van because of the steps so it had to be moved to another garage with a different lift and the work was completed. The travel van did not fit under the awning at the service department so Amanda had the technician take it's through the gate to the garage.

Ok the very worst dealership and have fraudulently stolen 1500 dollars from Jennifer Mendoza and breidyn Kerr on a car that would overheat as soon as it is supposed to be running temperature so I honestly believe they should be refunded 100% with the opportunity to go somewhere else and not deal with the dealership that is stealing from my stepson on his very first car purchase so I 100% would steer xxx many people as possible away from this scamming dealership

Very attentive to needs and repair. Each serice department needs their own direct telephone number. Right now the number 281-331-8111 goes to the Ford service and then you get transferred to in to never land.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from Ron Carter and I will never buy from this dealership again. Starting with my trade in. They paid it off so late that I had to pay interest to satisfy the debt. We bought 2 cars this time. Neither car was the one we wanted and thought we were buying. I could only count on Shilo, who was not our salesperson, to help get a resolution. Nobody else answered a call, including the GM! Never again!!

Lack of dealer loaner vehicles makes scheduling repairs difficult. My vehicle was without a backup camera and heat/ac controls for 7 days while waiting for a part to be ordered. I understand that the vehicle was driveable, but it was an inconvenience that other dealerships don't put their customers through.

I finally got a hold of somebody & they set up an appointment for me. But I can't stress enough how frustrating it is when no one returns your call!! Truck came without key fob or lug lock drove two hours to get this truck. They said no problem we will send it through mail. been the runaround ever since no call backs no answering talked to a few different supervisors saying if they can't send someone here I can pay out of pocket and been reimbursed. No faith that will be taken care of . Wrote a bad review was asked if I would mind changing it that everything will be taken care of. That was over a month ago still nothing.

This review is strictly on the service department. Jonathan is a very pleasant young man, and treat customers fairly. My complaint would be that I had a ten am appointment, for a basic servicing and tire rotation. I didn't get my car back until between 4 and 5 pm. Do appointments even matter?

He even communicated with the insurance company, Made sure things were "preserved" so the insurance could do what they needed to do before getting the repairs needed.
