Dealership is great, along with the service department. My only issue is Dodge. The 2023 Ram e-torque is a xxxx truck. I have never had so many issues with Ram before especially not acceleration delays and the truck just randomly shutting off while driving. The service department has been great in helping and trying to figure this issue out but it just seems like Dodge pushed out a crappy product and I am not happy with the vehicle. I should have just kept my 2016 Ram.
I want to thank Nabeel and his cohort Juan who was the first one I talked to. They handled everything in a kind way, no pressure, and as quickly as possible. I do not see Rubicon in the list to mark so I put other. The guys seem to be good friends and their jovial nature made the experience fun which is unusual for a car purchase. We had some special circumstances with the trade in that they handled very professionally and exceeded our expectations.

Well I had got a 2018 King Ranch that had a faulty engine issue that was not addressed before I purchased it. So they did give me best trade-in available for truck and I got into a 2020 Ford F150. Less miles and I have extended warranty that includes rental and towing assistance included. So its a win win!!!
Traded in my 2017 GMC sierra for a 2026 RAM 1500. Adam was great. Him and Sam stayed late to get the deal done. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a deal and great service!

My salesman ~Nabeel~ had great customer service UNTIL his manager suggested to recommend a vehicle to us that was double our price range. Initially, we did not know the price of the vehicle, but was told by Nabeel that he thought they would make a great offer on the vehicle because it was a 25 model & they were ready to get it off the lot. Sold me a car that leaked fuel. Very little support after sale. Sold me (forced me to buy) a dent repair package ($795) and then refused to help repair dent. Not too happy with the after sale experience and the buying process was a battle.

I am beyond disgusted with the service department here. They advertise “Free Oil Changes for Veterans every Friday, “ but this is a blatant bait-and- switch operation. I previously received a free oil change here without issues, but this time, a new service tech refused to honor it, claiming it “doesn’t apply to SRT and Hellcat models.”

If you're buying from out of town, you're likely out of sight and out of mind. The manager, Steven Harmon, did a poor job of "handling" the situation we found ourselves in. 11 days after going into this dealer I'm left frustrated with an expensive paper weight in my driveway due to a complete lack of communication and documentation. If not for Liz and Justin helping me with this situation, I don't know when I'd be able to drive the purchased vehicle.

Oil change was quick, giving 1 star due to the fact there’s an oily substance in the interior of my vehicles all over the place that I now have to pay someone to professionally clean. Had it not been for that, would’ve been a better rating, as the oil change was the quickest I’ve ever gotten this time.

I did everything I could do online before coming in. And I informed the sale guy I wanted to be in and out. So when I came in, everything was ready. Test drove, came back inside to sign paperwork and done. They had all the numbers where I wanted to be.
My vehicle was kept way too long for the issue. Jason, the service manager did go above and beyond to make sure I was in a loaner and keep me up-to-date on things.
